GEORGIA DRAGONIR
Georgia has over 20 years
experience in the mortgage industry and has had the opportunity to work with
many different investors whose variety of products allows her the ability to
“shop” for the best loans and rates to meet the individual needs of each client.
She has longstanding relationships with some of the top lenders in today’s
industry for both 1st and 2nd lien mortgages. In addition to lenders who
handle the standard FNMA/FHLMC and VA loans, Georgia has private investors who
provide jumbo money, portfolio money and niche products. This includes
interim construction, permanent financing for custom homes and an outstanding
“One Time Close”. So bottom line, Georgia has access to the standard
and/or creative options available for clients to assist them in purchasing the
house of their dreams!
Customer service is her number one priority. As a homebuyer, she
understands clients have enough to worry about with packing and moving their
family and they should not be stressing over the status of their new mortgage
loan. Georgia will always keep the client, the realtors and/or builders
updated as the mortgage process develops from the time of the initial loan
application, to the reviewing of the settlement statement, days before the
closing. Also, if the client needs to meet a closing date quickly,
Georgia’s work ethic and associates will do what it takes to get the loan closed
and funded.
Georgia thinks the mortgage industry is a wonderful business and considers it a
privilege to work with each client; and especially enjoys sitting at the closing
table watching new homeowners get excited about their new home, knowing she was
able to help them achieve that goal.
She looks forward to the opportunity to work with you, and will provide the best
customer service, products and rates possible to make your dream home come true!
