JACK BURNS BRADY

Jack Burns Brady, who goes by “Jack Burns”, is a licensed Residential Mortgage Loan Originator and Real Estate Broker.  He graduated from Clements High School in 1994 where he was a second team All-District linebacker for a team that was in the playoffs.  He attended Wharton County Junior College and the University of Houston where he was in the Sigma Chi fraternity.  He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin University.

Jack Burns joined Hometown America in 2002 where he has been active as a Home Loan Specialist in providing mortgage loans for the purchase and refinancing of homes and as a realtor.  Jack Burns also understands how to finance rent houses (1 to 4 unit complexes).  He owns several units himself that he has purchased, fixed up, leased and managed.

Hometown America functions as a mortgage banker, sometimes called a correspondent lender, where Hometown America closes and funds residential mortgage loans with its own funds (or through a warehouse line of credit with various financial institutions) then immediately sells closed loans to national mortgage companies or national banks.  Hometown America also brokers home mortgage loans to national and regional banks and to national mortgage companies.

Jack Burns is experienced in dealing with self-employed borrowers and in arranging construction loan financing (including one-time closes) on new custom homes.  He attends closings and for the convenience of his clients has arranged for several title companies to close the loan transactions in our office.  Jack Burns’ loan processors are very accessible by phone and e-mail.  The mortgage associates of Hometown America take pride in providing "Old Fashioned Lending by People Who Care".

Jack Burns works evenings and seven days a week.  He is easily accessible by e-mail or on his cell phone.  Text Anytime: 832-524-5225
