twenty-year Multi-Million Dollar Producer Realtor® of the Fort Bend area, Mary
well qualified to provide you with a wealth of information and experience in
Fort Bend real estate (specializing in the Southwest Houston, Texas area),
whether you are buying or selling.
Prior to moving to Texas, Mary spent her early career in Florida working as a

important to have someone to do the coordinating, negotiating, and networking to
make the transaction as smooth as possible. The personal decision you make
in selecting the right Realtor® is very important, and in addition to
considering qualifications and achievements, you want to find an agent with
integrity who will work hard for you, with your best interest in mind. You
don't trust your health and well-being to just anyone, and you should not rely
on someone you don't believe in to help guide you through one of the biggest
financial decisions you will make in your lifetime.
As your Realtor®, Mary will keep in constant communication throughout every step of
the real estate buying and selling process. This is the most important
transaction for you, both emotionally and financially, and she recognizes your need

As a resident of Fort Bend County for the past 30
years, Marlene Keplinger is a new face at Hometown America. She has worked at
RE/MAX and Keller Williams and is now a part of the Hometown America family.
Real Estate isn't just a job to her, but a passion. "Isn't our entire life
really all wrapped up in our real estate anyway? So why not get the most from
our lives with an emphasis on where we live and how we live," and Marlene goes
on to say "Our real estate is the first place we touch when we rise in the
morning and the last place we lay our heads at night. It's where we cook, and
love and pray and raise our families, so finding the right place for my clients
is very important to me!".
Whether it's finding temporary housing, as in a lease home or landing on the
home of your dreams, having an agent who understands the emotional aspect, as
well as giving attention to detail is where Marlene comes in. She stays in the
process with her clients from writing a contract, to having the right inspector
and closing officer at the title company, to standing by each client until they
are ready to move. Moving from one location to another can be quite an ordeal
and having the right realtor teaming with you can make all the difference in the
world. Marlene says she wants her clients to relax and get through the
transition the easiest way possible. And when it comes to putting your home on
the market you can trust her to get the best possible price in a most
professional way. Marlene believes in making her clients' listing pop when they
show up on the MLS, so listen to her. You'll be glad you did!
Prior to her career as a Real Estate Agent, Marlene Keplinger ran an engineering
company with her husband while raising a daughter and two sons. She is also a
former radio news reporter and broadcaster at stations in Fort Lauderdale,
Miami, Los Angeles, Rosenberg and Houston.

with many situations you might encounter on your home buying/selling journey on
a technical level, as well as on an emotional level. She has personal

time in the commercial area in order to devote more time to the residential side
of the business.

But not to worry, even though Amber keeps a busy schedule, she always makes sure
she has time for her clients. In fact, you would never know she even
participates in any other activities when you are working with her. She
will keep you informed of every process in your transaction each step of the
way, and believes that communication is a must, from beginning to end and
beyond. She also believes up to date market knowledge is important and
