MARY BERNA
As a long-time resident and
twenty-year Multi-Million Dollar Producer Realtor® of the Fort Bend area, Mary
is
well qualified to provide you with a wealth of information and experience in
Fort Bend real estate (specializing in the Southwest Houston, Texas area),
whether you are buying or selling.
Prior to moving to Texas, Mary spent her early career in Florida working as a
computer programmer and systems analyst before turning her sights on office
product sales, then spending several years in the commercial real estate
development business. Mary has personally lived in nine different Fort Bend
neighborhoods and facilitated her daughter's education through the Fort Bend
school system. These analytical, marketing and sales experiences, in
combination with the many years of providing real estate services to the Fort
Bend area, allow her to put her skills and knowledge to work for you.
Mary's main focus is to take customer service and the usual level of satisfaction to
a completely new high. She works to create "raving fans", so you will gladly
refer her to your friends and family. When buying or selling a home, it's
important to have someone to do the coordinating, negotiating, and networking to
make the transaction as smooth as possible. The personal decision you make
in selecting the right Realtor® is very important, and in addition to
considering qualifications and achievements, you want to find an agent with
integrity who will work hard for you, with your best interest in mind. You
don't trust your health and well-being to just anyone, and you should not rely
on someone you don't believe in to help guide you through one of the biggest
financial decisions you will make in your lifetime.
As your Realtor®, Mary will keep in constant communication throughout every step of
the real estate buying and selling process. This is the most important
transaction for you, both emotionally and financially, and she recognizes your need
to feel involved. Mary is never too busy to return your phone call promptly;
because as her client, you will be treated as her only client. You may even
get a call saying "I don't know anything different yet just wanted to touch
base".
A home is not a home because of its room dimensions or the color of the walls.
It is about how you feel when you walk through the front door; and the way you
can instantly envision your life unfolding there. This is about more than
real estate. It is about your life and your dreams.....and that is how
Mary
approaches her service to you.
Mary's area expertise, attention to detail, and quality service will make your home
sale or purchase a wonderful experience. And she will always be available for
personal service by phone or email, so feel free to contact Mary with questions
any time!
